A pop up cooking school in the colonial kitchen

Take your seat at the kitchen table at Vaucluse House for some very special cooking classes.

In collaboration with Real Food Projects, Sydney Living Museums presents this unique cooking school, where you’ll learn skills that were integral to running a household in the 1850s.

We’ll be making pickles and jams, foraging in the kitchen garden and even looking at the art of food writing and photography – all in association with Sydney’s best artisan producers.
