VIDEO: Celestial City exhibition launches

Watch Director Mark Goggin talk through the launch event for Celestial City: Sydney’s Chinese Story, the new exhibition at the Museum of Sydney.

The exhibition was launched by Premier Barry O’Farrell, Minister for Heritage Robyn Parker and Minister for Citizenship, Victor Dominello. There was a great turn out for the event, from Chinese community leaders through to press from tv, radio, print and online.

The Premier made a wonderful speech of his pride in the fact that he runs the most multicultural city and state in the nation. He used the speech to underline the fact that there is no place for racial vilification in Australia.
