In line with decisions made by the NSW Government, Sydney Living Museums will close to the public from Saturday 26 June until further notice to help protect the health of all visitors and staff and minimise the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the state.

This closure includes:

  • Caroline Simpson Library & Research Collection
  • Elizabeth Bay House
  • Elizabeth Farm
  • Hyde Park Barracks
  • Justice & Police Museum
  • Meroogal
  • The Mint
  • Museum of Sydney
  • Rose Seidler House
  • Rouse Hill Estate
  • Susannah Place
  • Vaucluse House

All onsite restaurants and cafes will also be closed and any onsite public and members programs will be cancelled or suspended until further notice. 

The safety and wellbeing of our members, visitors, staff, volunteers and the community are our priority. Any update to these restrictions will be communicated by the NSW Government in due course and up to date information about Sydney Living Museums properties and activities will be provided on our website. 

All customers who have already purchased tickets for any event or property during this period will receive a refund shortly. Please direct any ticketing or school holiday inquiries to our Bookings Team on email bookings@slm.com.au
