Help us name our new calves
Just in time for spring at Rouse Hill Estate we’ve recently welcomed six new calves to our growing herd.
Thanks to everyone who sent through name suggestions for our new calves, we received so many wonderful names and suggestions!
Our Rouse Hill team has read through the long list and we’re delighted to announce the six calf names selected are the following:
Calf A – Gimbawali named after the Dharug word for stars by Sarah
Calf B – Nefer meaning beautiful in ancient Egyptian named by Monique
Calf C – Delight inspired by the Olympic and Paralympic Games named by Kathryn
Calf D – Bunya referencing the Bunya pine tree, named by Leila
Calf E - Riberry named after one of our native plants by Daniel and Autumn Rose
Calf F – Patches because “they all have patches of white and brown on them!” named by Zoe
*Terms & conditions: Winning entries receive a win a fun prize pack from our SLM online store. Entries open to Australian residents only and close on 2 September 2021. Winners will be selected by Sydney Living Museums staff on 3 September 2021 and winners notified by 10 September 2021 via email or the social media channel in which they entered. In the event the prize winner does not redeem their prize within five days of being contacted then the prize is forfeited. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
