22/CMP050 Visitor Services Experience Officer

Location: City Museums Portfolio - The role will work across Hyde Park Barracks Museum and various locations in City Museums Portfolio.

Role status: Temporary part-time (28 hours per week) for a period up to 2 years

Role Grade/Classification: Clerk Grade 3/4 - $90,369. Package includes salary ($74,117 - $81,158), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (full-time equivalent).

This role supports the Visitor Services Coordinators to lead front of house services and teams in the delivery of optimum customer experiences across the City Museums Portfolio sites.
