Join colonial gastronomer Jacqui Newling for a special event exploring the traditional Christmas pudding, streamed live from the Vaucluse House kitchen.

During this live demonstration you will learn insider tips and tricks on how to prepare a Christmas pudding using a Mrs Beeton's recipe from 1861.

Participants will receive the recipe prior to the event and will have the opportunity to ask Jacqui questions using the live chat function.
