Join Research Librarian and music curator Dr Matthew Stephens for a tour of the sheet music collections and rare book-related material at the Caroline Simpson Library & Research Collection and discover the new approach to interpreting the story of music at Sydney Living Museums.

Highlights of the tour include viewing the only copy of the earliest surviving publication of a settler composition from the 1820s, and discovering the extraordinary story of the Dowling Songbook – the earliest known collection of music bound in Australia – from Rouse Hill House & Farm.

Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
