Members viewing days: Narcissus Garden at Elizabeth Bay House

Sydney Living Museums offers you an exclusive opportunity to explore Elizabeth Bay House while the property remains closed to the general public, including a viewing of Narcissus Garden (1966/2002) by Yayoi Kusama, one of the most significant artists of the 20th century.

In Narcissus Garden mirrored balls reflect each other and their onlookers, creating an infinitely recurring web in which the surrounding visible world is trapped and perpetuated.

This is a unique opportunity to see Narcissus Garden at Elizabeth Bay House, where this extraordinary and timeless work invites us to reflect on repeated visions of ourselves and to consider these visions in the context of one of the most splendid private houses ever built in Australia.

Secure your place at one of our exclusive Viewing Days.

Narcissus Garden will be on display at the Museum of Sydney, Vaucluse House and – for members only – Elizabeth Bay House.

Please read our important COVID-19 conditions of entry before booking your ticket.
