Our artisan Ezequiel grew up watching his abuela (grandma) make alfajores in the family home in Argentina. Since moving continents, Ezequiel decided to recreate the childhood memories: the scent of the biscuits baking, the texture of the bite and the flavour explosion of so much love that is dulce de leche!
Each alfajor is handmade with love and we also create flavours that are exclusive and special: Yerba Mate with Argentinian green tea, Australis with native ingredients, Espresso with Australian grown & roasted coffee beans from Ewingsdale Coffee Estate, NSW.
