Los Lacayos Nougat combines the traditional with the contemporary. Made in the traditional way, all ingredients are natural and of the highest quality. All our nougat is made in the Spanish Soft Style way but given a modern twist with new and interesting flavour combinations. We use only Australian ingredients, including Tasmanian leatherwood honey, pan roasted almonds grown in the Murray River region and limes from the Riverina. We are passionate about Australian produce and supporting local farmers. It all starts with three simple ingredients - honey, almond & raw sugar. All our nougat is 100% natural and Gluten Free.
