Prickle Hill Produce

The 40ha ‘Prickle Hill’ property is planted with Sugar Plums and Jujubes and is owned and operated by Roy Duffell. Roy is a horticulturist and propagates all his own trees. Only natural and organic farming techniques are used at Prickle Hill, driven by a love and respect for the land. These natural and organic techniques also produce better flavour and quality. Roy’s son James - now the fourth generation - divides his time between the farm and showcasing the farm produce at farmers’ markets in and around Sydney. James shares his father’s commitment to organic and natural farming practices.
