Uncle Fred from Fred's Bush Tucker is a long-time contributor to Sydney Living Museum’s Indigenous programs and festivals. 

With his extensive knowledge of bush foods and traditional cooking methods, as well as his captivating delivery, Uncle Fred is always a crowd favourite and a must see at any of our events.
