Completed in August 2010, 420 George Street is a sleek, contemporary commercial building linking George Street to the Pitt Street Mall. The building delivers high quality services, efficiency, sustainability and design.
Since January 2018, the Investa tenancy has been located on levels 30 and 31. The space has been designed and built to support and enhance the way the staff work today and provides the facilities, spaces and technologies that will support their best work in the future.
Investa has set aspirational emission reduction targets for its new fit-out, building on its expertise in reducing building carbon emissions. By selecting materials that are easily recycled and re-purposing furniture and mechanical elements, Investa has reduced its total carbon footprint by more than 12%.
