Designed by globally renowned architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, International Towers Sydney at Barangaroo South were developed and are owned by Lendlease International Towers Sydney Trust. The circular design of these three landmark towers means there are literally no ‘corner offices’. Together with its egalitarian interior layouts by Davenport Campbell, all staff at the KPMG offices in Tower 3 share access to the abundant natural light and sweeping views of harbour and city that these buildings are designed to capture.

This new work-live-play community at Barangaroo South is the first completed stage of the Barangaroo waterfront renewal, with more than half of its 7.5 hectares dedicated as open public space, to remain in public ownership. This heroic precinct on Sydney’s western harbour foreshore aims to be Australia’s first large-scale carbon-neutral community with smarter buildings designed to perform better, and target the highest sustainability ratings.
