Only primary schools in NSW that receive Resource Allocation Model funding and have an FOEI of +100 may apply.
Funding is limited so it is recommended that eligible schools apply as soon as possible.
The subsidy towards the cost of travel is capped at $20 per student, so schools may be required to make additional payments towards the full cost of travel. The subsidy does not cover the fees charged to attend the program; schools will be invoiced for the cost of the program when they book.
Applicants will be notified of the result of their application within 14 working days of the submission date.
There is no guarantee that funding will be available to all eligible schools that apply so please do not rely on funding when organising your excursion.
The project manager will contact all schools within two weeks of the date the application was submitted, advising on the outcome of the application.
