Internship: Finance - End of Year Processing

 

Year-end is one of the busiest periods in an organisation. This internship provides the opportunity for a finance student to work in a fast-paced environment and gain financial skills. The student will have the opportunity to learn financial accounting system Sun Systems as well as iPOS. The intern will be exposed to the year-end accounting process, and will learn how to verify and process invoices to comply with financial policies and tax requirements, as well as learn how to carry out EFT and cheque payment runs.
