The restaurant, formally trading as The Governors Table, and MOS Café, has been established for over 20 years. The restaurant provides strong utilisation opportunities outside the scope of the current Museum hours, for a bar activation, evening dining, corporate events, weddings, private parties, business luncheons, dinners and cocktail parties. There is opportunity to temporarily expand the footprint of the restaurant to include pop-up activations on the museum forecourt, which will allow for additional profile and patron numbers.
