100 Mount Street is a commercial high-rise development in North Sydney. Completed in May 2019, it is a striking addition to the Sydney skyline, delivering a visionary solution where form meets function. The building combines workplace design, sustainability, public amenity and smart building technology for customers and clients. Spanning 35 levels, the development provides over 40,000 square metres of office space enabling occupants to see Sydney from a new perspective and offering dramatic panoramic views across Sydney Harbour. It features large-scale artworks by award-winning photographer Tamara Dean.
Taking place throughout the building, the tour will explore how the building's smart technology features interact with its architecture and public art. The tour, which will include a member of the architect firm, Architectus, who bought the building to life, will begin in the ground floor lobby, where an overview of the building will be provided. The group will discuss the smart technology incorporated into the building, including point grab sensors, a building app and morpho wave technology. Visitors will also have the chance to view and discuss the digital artwork on display, by award-winning photographer Tamara Dean. The tour will then view the Laing O’Rourke floor and fitout on level 21.
